Pickup from your hotel in either Kathmandu or Pokhara (depending on your location).

If starting from Kathmandu, it’s a 3-4 hour drive to the rafting starting point.
If starting from Pokhara, the drive takes around 2-3 hours.
The Trisuli River is located along the main highway between Kathmandu and Pokhara, making it easily accessible from both cities.

Arrival at the rafting starting point, Charaudi (for those coming from Kathmandu) or Fishling (for those coming from Pokhara).

Meet the rafting guide and team at the riverside.
Safety Briefing: The rafting guide will give you a detailed safety briefing, explaining the rafting techniques, safety commands, and what to do in emergencies. Life jackets, helmets, and other rafting gear will be distributed.

10:00 AM :

Start your rafting adventure on the Trisuli River.

The Trisuli River offers class |I-III rapids (can vary based on the season), which provide an exhilarating yet safe experience for beginners and experienced rafters alike.
You will paddle through exciting rapids like “Snell’s Nose,” “Ladies’ Delight,” and
“Upset,” which add some thrilling moments to the journey.
In between the rapids, enjoy calmer sections where you can relax, float along the river, and take in the beautiful scenery of lush hills, terraced farmlands, and small villages.

12:00 PM :

Stop at a scenic riverside location for a packed or freshly cooked lunch.

Typically, lunch includes a mix of Nepali and Western dishes, like fresh salads, fried rice, bread, fruits, and juice.
Enjoy some time relaxing by the river, sunbathing, or even taking a quick swim in the refreshing waters.

01:30 PM :

Resume rafting after lunch.

Continue paddling through some exciting rapids and more peaceful stretches of the Trisuli River.
This section of the river features both fun rapids and calm areas where you can enjoy the scenic valleys and surrounding hills.

Reach the rafting endpoint at Kuringhat or Gaighat.

You’ll change into dry clothes and enjoy a refreshing drink or snacks before heading back.

Drive back to your original starting location (Kathmandu or Pokhara).

From Kathmandu: It will take about 3 hours to return to the city, arriving by early evening.
From Pokhara: The return drive will also take about 2-3 hours.
