Your journey begins with a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara, followed by a shared jeep drive from Pokhara to Jhinu Danda, the starting point of the trek. The trail winds through charming Gurung and Magar villages, lush rhododendron forests, terraced farmlands, cascading waterfalls, and picturesque river valleys. Along the way, you will enjoy spectacular views of Annapurna I (8,091m), Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Gangapurna, and many other snow-capped Himalayan peaks.
The highlight of the trek is reaching Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m), where you will be surrounded by the breathtaking Annapurna Sanctuary, a natural amphitheater of towering Himalayan mountains. The magnificent sunrise and panoramic views from the base camp create an unforgettable trekking experience.
After exploring the base camp, you will descend to Jhinu Danda, where you can relax in the famous natural hot springs before taking a shared jeep back to Pokhara. From Pokhara, a short domestic flight returns you to Kathmandu, completing this incredible Himalayan adventure.
