ABC 5-Days Treks

Trek from Sinuwa to Deurali (3,230m/10,597ft)  Morning:  After breakfast, start your trek to Deurali.  Trek Duration: 5-6 hours, 9-10km.  Altitude Gain: Sinuwa (2,360m)  to Deurali (3,230m). * The path goes through Bamboo Village (2,345m) and continues upward to Himalaya Village (2,920m). The forest cover begins to thin out, providing expansive views of the surrounding snow-capped peaks like Machapuchare (Fish Tail) and Annapurna South.  The air thins as you gain altitude, so it’s important to pace yourself and drink plenty of water.  Afternoon:  Arrive at Deurali, a small settlement with a few teahouses, located just below the alpine zone.  Altitude: Deurali (3,230m) Enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains and the changing landscape as you rest.  Overnight: Stay in a teahouse in Deurali. Rest and prepare for the high-altitude trek ahead

Trek from Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) (4,130m/13,550ft) Morning:  After breakfast, continue your ascent to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC). Trek Duration: 5-6 hours, 7-8km. Altitude Gain: Deurali (3,230m)  to ABC (4,130m).  The trail offers spectacular views of Annapurna | (8,091m), Annapurna South (7,219m), Machapuchare (6,993m), and Himalchuli (6,441m). The terrain becomes more rugged and barren as you approach the high-altitude area.  Take it slow and steady to allow your body to adjust to the increasing altitude.  Afternoon:  Arrive at Annapurna Base Camp(ABC), one of the most stunning viewpoints in the world, surrounded by 360-degree views of towering peaks.  Spend time taking in the awe-inspiring beauty of the Annapurna Sanctuary, the heart of the range, and explore the area.  At ABC, you’ll also find a small base camp for climbers attempting to summit Annapurna  Overnight: Stay in a teahouse atABC. The teahouse is basic but offers a comfortable place to rest at high altitude. The view of the surrounding peaks from here is simply unforgettable.

ABC to Upper Sinuwa (2,360m)  Morning:  After an early breakfast, start your descent back to Upper Sinuwa.  Trek Duration: 6-7 hours, 14-15 km.  Altitude Loss: ABC (4,130m) to Upper Sinuwa (2,360m). The descent takes you through Himalaya, Bamboo, and Sinuwa.The trail winds through forests, with waterfalls and streams along the way.  Although descending is generally easier, it can still be hard on the knees, so take it slow and steady.  Afternoon:  Upon reaching Upper Sinuwa, you can enjoy a peaceful and well-deserved rest. The forested surroundings make it a perfect spot to relax.  Overnight: Stay in a teahouse atUpper Sinuwa.

Upper Sinuwa to Pokhara  Morning:  After breakfast, begin your trek down towards Jhinu Danda.  Trek Duration: 2-3 hours. Altitude Loss: Upper Sinuwa (2,360m) to Jhinu Danda (1,760m). The trail is mostly downhill, passing through beautiful villages and lush forests. You will pass some of the most stunning viewpoints in the lower altitudes.  Afternoon:  After reaching Jhinu Danda, take a jeep or private vehicle back to Pokhara.  Drive Duration: 3-4 hours.  The ride will take you through the scenic foothills of the Annapurna region, eventually arriving back in the lakeside city of Pokhara.  End of Trek: Upon arrival in Pokhara, your 5-day Annapurna Base Camp trek will conclude.
